The way you start your day has a huge impact on your day as a whole. If you start off being grumpy, late and disorganised this mood will follow you around all day. I often see YouTube videos and articles online about morning routines, so I thought I would put together a little video with the 3 things I like to encourage my patients to do to improve their days and their fertility.
Number 1-Positive mantras.
You need to detoxify your mind of negative thoughts. I want you to wake up in the morning, go to the mirror and say the following three statements over and over again until you believe them!
“I am awesome!”
“I am special!”
“I am fertile!”

Number 2- Warm water and lemon
I preach about warm water and lemon all the time and I will keep preaching it because it is SO effective! Before you put anything else into your body you should take a warm glass of water and squeeze half of a fresh lemon into it. It must be a fresh lemon- none of this bottled, extended shelf life stuff–Fresh! This will kickstart your metabolism for that and get your liver working.
Number 3- Show some love
It’s so easy to get caught up in the stress of infertility but you must remember not to take that frustration out on your partner. Everything works better when you come together as a team. Tell your partner every day how much you love them and how grateful you are to have them.
