How to empower your Fertility Foundation

With the many patients I see in my clinics or the ones I help via virtual consultations, I talk often about “setting their foundation” as a starting point. Functional medicine specialist like myself, see the body as a whole, That means that everything you do is affecting your fertility and all other systems and body functions.
Think about it as a butterfly effect.
Imagine building a house. The stronger the foundations of the house, the less they will be affected by external factors. It’s the same for the body.
Here are my fertility tips on how to build a stronger foundation:
#1 – Start with proper nutrition
This is a very important point. To make it easier, I created the Fertility Meal Plan. You can download it here (it’s free!) This is a guide where I condensed all the tips I share with my fertility patients in regards with nutrition guidelines, a meal plan, a grocery list… Pretty much all you need to get started with this very important aspect with you are trying to get pregnant
To get you started right away, I suggest you start drinking quality bone broth every day. If you are like many of my patients trying to get pregnant, you might not feel like dealing with the bones. This is the one brand I use for my family and I recommend to all my fertility patients.

#2 – Exercising… right
You can’t do too much… and you can’t do too little. The line is very fine here. My recommendations it walking outside (at least 45minutes) at a good rythm to make sure you blood is pumping

#3 – Be on the right mindset
Being happy can be so simple. I recommend to all my fertility patients to incorporate the things they love in life. Sounds simple right?
Now I ask you… how many things you LOVE have you done this week?
It can be anything. Dancing, painting, running, reading, jumping, singing, …
