3 Nutrition tips to get pregnant fast

#01 – Eat Organic:
Eat organic fruits and vegetables as often as possible in order to avoid harmful pesticides and herbicides.
Dairy products contain a lot of hormones and antibiotics. Make sure you are buying organic dairy from grass fed animals.
If you suffer from endometriosis or fibroids or PCOS, you should avoid dairy products altogether because they naturally contain estrogen which stimulates their growth.
I know buying organic can get pricy sometime. If there is a MUST rule when you are trying to get pregnant, it would be this: ONLY BUY ORGANIC PROTEIN. This means GRASS FED red meat, RANGE FREE CHICKEN, and wild fish. If you are going to invest in your nutrition, this is where you need to do it.
Conventionally grown cattle and chicken contain hormones, antibiotics and other contaminants that contribute to excess estrogen, hormone balance and ability to get pregnant.
#02 – Eat Fat:
I know you might think fat is bad for you, but that’s a might. Eating fat is very important when you are trying to get pregnant.. but you have to choose the right kind of fats!
Include essential fatty acids into your diet. Make sure you eat plenty of omega 3, 6 and 9 essential fatty acids. I specially like grass fed butter, ghee and coconut oil.
It is important you avoid trans fats because they interfere with insulin sensitivity, especially if you have PCOS.
#03 – Avoid Process Food and Sugar:
We live in a rush, and it is easy to fall into process and packaged foods.
When talking about food, we need to go back to basics, especially if you are trying to get pregnant. Eat whole grains and avoid processed, refined white flour foods and sugar. That means sodas and juices as well, even if they are light or sugar free.
