    I am 30 year old. I am from India. I might have pcod in my teenage bt all my gaynec told me for my irregular periods “all will be regular after I get married” she gave me birth control pills course for 6 months every second year. I got married 2 years back. I come to different country after marriage. As I had no work visa I become home locked for 1 and half year… I gained too much waight and again irregular periods. I visited the doctor and she told me Now that I have pcos n now tat I m overwaight I have to do anything and lose weight in sometime otherwise I’ll not concive. I m upset , stressed out as I m trying to loose weight bt not loosing it , what should I do ?
