3 Tips for Getting Pregnant Quick – Get Pregnant in 2023 Even If You’ve Tried Everything
It’s 2023. Happy New Year to all of you. I’m so excited that we get to start off this new year in a positive way with the right mindset, the right intention, to help you get pregnant this year in 2023, the pregnancy, the baby that you’ve been dreaming of. We want that to happen this year and I want that for you, and what better way to do that than to start off the new year with the right intentions, with the right plan, with the right process to get you the results that you deserve? And that’s exactly what I’m going to share with you today, my top three tips to get you pregnant in 2023. So let’s get into it.

Hi, I’m Dr. Marc Sklar, also known as The Fertility Expert, and I’ve been working with couples for over 19 years through my online coaching programs and right here in San Diego at my clinic, and every time we get to a new year we want to start off our new year with the right intentions and the right process and plan to get the results that we deserve, which is why I’m creating this video for all of you, because I want you to start off January on the right foot. So let’s jump in.
My tip number one is actually a tip in both directions. It’s a tip for all of you and a tip for those who are talking to you, those who are coaching you, those who are treating you and guiding you, and this is about messaging and about how our brain receives that messaging.
So my first tip is really about the fact that we need to change the negative talk and all the doubters and naysayers out there and how they’re communicating with all of you, and this comes back to changing the messaging that is given to you, right, because so much of that messaging is all about, “You can’t, you won’t, you can’t do it. It’s not going to happen.” It’s also about, “You need IVF, you need donor egg or you need a surrogate and that is the only possible way for you to get pregnant,” and I’m not discounting any of those processes, but first and foremost I think for those who are the providers out there, I think the way we communicate, the words we’re choosing to communicate with, I think can be done a little bit differently. Okay, with an open heart and a kind message, even maybe if you still want to communicate the same thought, I do think it can be done in a different way.
And then for all of us who are receiving those messages is I want us to first, if you’ve been told all those negative things, we need to start to get rid of them. We need to put up a wall, or multiple walls for that matter, to block out all the negative noise, all the doubters, naysayers and all the people who are just going to push you down and not build you up. So if you’ve been given that messaging, then I want to make sure that you start to change that messaging and reprogram your brain to start to think positive thoughts about what you can do, what is possible, and what you will achieve.
And so that starts with, first and foremost, journaling to get those negative thoughts out and then positive affirmations to reprogram our brain to believe again in our bodies, in our abilities to reproduce and the fact that you can and will get pregnant. And I’m going to tell you all, I’ve seen over and over over the last 19 years that amazing things can happen. Magical things can happen, and if you’ve been told it won’t or you can’t, I want to tell you that you will and it can, and I need you to start believing in yourself and in those words now, so that you have the hope and belief in yourself to achieve the goals that you deserve in 2023.
Tip number two. You’ve heard me say this over and over, but I have to include this because I know so many of you still haven’t done these things. We need to, you need to, find the root issue of why you’re having difficulties conceiving and holding a pregnancy. Without putting in the time and effort to find the root issues, you are just swimming in chaos, you are reaching for any hope possible, any little guidance. You’re taking all sorts of things, many of which you probably don’t need or shouldn’t be taking because no one has customized a plan based on your root issues, and this is such a key concept, so for all of you who’ve been waiting in the wings, who’ve been listening to what I’ve been saying but say, “One more month,” or “I’ll look for somebody later,” or “I’ll start doing that later on,” that later is now.
This second tip is about you taking action now to find out what the root issues are of your reproductive challenges so that you can start to have a more direct line and focus and plan for your needs. We want to find different options. If we keep doing the same thing over and over we’re not going to get different results, and that’s really one of the more important variables that I want you all to take away from this video, is that now is the time. Let’s use this… I know that we talk a lot about intentions and starting the year fresh. Let’s use that in the right way, in a positive way, so that you can start to do some things differently and so that you can also start to dig deeper and find new answers so that you can have a better plan for yourself.
Part of that digging deeper, I want to just highlight two points of that, is we have to make sure that we’ve done a semen analysis or that your partners have done a semen analysis, and so it’s really, really important that we check male fertility. It’s often forgotten, and I can’t stress this enough, this should be looked at now because if there’s a problem, we want to address it sooner rather than later.
And then two, we want to make sure that you are ovulating properly, that you’re having a regular and consistent cycle, and that you’re not making the assumption that just because you’re having a regular cycle that you are ovulating. You might be ovulating but you might be ovulating early or later than you thought, and so your timing of when you’re having intercourse might be off as a result of that, and so there’s many ways to track your ovulation. One of my preferred ways is using the Mira app. I’ll leave that link for the Mira in the description below if you want more information on that as well.
And tip number three is getting back to the basics. We’ve had our roughly six weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas and New Year’s to indulge a little bit more than we would normally indulge, to exercise a little bit less than we would normally exercise, to be stressed by the holidays and gifts and all those things that come with this time of year. Well, now is the time to get back on track with all of those things, so if your diet has slacked, now’s the time to button that up, tighten that up, and make sure that you’re eating good quality food, organic food, fresh cooked foods at home, and that you are eating whole foods, right. So that’s part of that basic process.
Maybe it’s even a time for you to start a little detox to reset things and get you back on track. Sometimes what often happens in the holidays is we’re always going, going, going, and we’re not doing enough exercise or time for ourselves, so now is for you to make time for yourself to get back to just regrouping and being with yourself and processing where your body’s at. It’s also time for you to rest more, sleep more, meditate a little bit more, and it’s also time for you to exercise more. Let’s get back outside. Let’s get walking, let’s get hiking, let’s get moving, let’s get exercising.
So now is the time to incorporate back to those basics, to getting those things back to where they need to be, and if they weren’t there before, now’s the time to recommit to that so that you can get those in a better place than they have been in the past.
