Wherever you are in the world, we can support you. All you need is a smartphone, laptop or device that can support video-calling over the internet – this is how we’ll connect for our virtual consultation that can be booked to fit in with your schedule in your time zone.
We can help you to find out whether or not you need testing when we do your initial consultation and fertility detective work. If you do need testing, there are several options depending on your circumstances: we can order it for you, we can ship it from the US to your home country, or we can give you a list of recommended tests you can do with your chosen provider.
Unfortunately, you’re not able to call me directly. I wish it was the case – but with over 100+ patients a week it would be impossible! I would be spending my time stuck by the phone and not have enough time to actually do the fertility work for you that you need more. All start with your personal fertility plan. This plan is for all members to the Hope Program (by application only) created after the initial consultation when we have all of the information on your particular fertility case. No two plans are the same! We always create fresh, new ones to suit our patients’ needs.
This plan will be an in-depth document that makes suggestions and recommendations on what you can do to treat the different areas affecting your fertility. It will include all kinds of recommendations, covering many areas of your life; nutrition, sleep, lifestyle habits, exercise, environmental toxins, hormones, health conditions, and more.
It will often require many changes – so it takes a lot of dedication from your part. But we’re always here to support you at every step and all of our patients will tell you the same thing: it’s worth it in the end.
You might not get your fertility plan as soon as we hop off our first consultation. I know, it’s difficult to wait – I know you’re eager to get started and closer to getting pregnant.
However, as I mentioned in the previous question, no two fertility plans are the same. I always need at least 24 hours to delve into your case and create the best plan that’s suitable for you. On top of that, if I believe that you would benefit from some more lab work before we start your treatment, we’ll also have to wait for those results before I can fully complete your plan.
