1. Be thankful for your partner

How often do you express gratitude for having your partner in your life? Show them your appreciation.


2. Be thankful for the little things

We often overlook the small things, like food on our tables and a roof over our head. Don’t let the little blessings in life pass you by.


3. Be thankful for your family and friends


Tell your family and friends how grateful you are to have them in your life. Life gets busy and sometimes we forget to tell the most important people that we care about them.


4. Your fertility journey

What have you learnt during this time? I don’t doubt for a single minute that you haven’t changed in some way. Maybe you’re stronger, maybe your health wouldn’t be improving.
